Replacing an industrial roof is not only a material purchase. It is a live-facility project involving people, machinery, stored goods, services, weather exposure, access and production priorities. A technically suitable roof can still create avoidable disruption when the work zones, temporary protection, drainage interfaces or handover sequence are unresolved.
